HOUSING REQUEST FORM
Housing will begin on Thursday, August 24 and end Sunday, August 27. On the form below, please list all members of your traveling party and their preferred sleeping arrangements. Also, please be sure to indicate any special needs or requirements (allergies to pets, traveling with children, etc.) Be sure to indicate which your party are couples (and which are not!) and who would prefer twin beds or doubles. It is helpful to indicate who among your team will have a car so that we may house teammates nearby.
Please complete this form for all members of your traveling party, including yourself and those that are not requesting local fleet hosting. People entered on the same line will be housed in the same room, if possible. Indicate the preferred sleeping arrangement, choosing “No Housing Needed,” if that individual or couple has made their own arrangements. Please provide a local address and contact information for all members of your traveling party not requesting host housing.
